Office Hours:


Open Thursdays and Fridays from 8:30 to 3pm, evenings and weekends by appointment, and Wednesday mornings by phone with Rikki for scheduling and billing

Please note there is a 24 hour cancellation policy in place. 
If you no-show, cancel with less than 24 hours notice, or arrive overly late per the patient office policy, you will be billed a $100 late fee to your card on the day you miss your visit. The no-show fee is nonrefundable and will not be credited to future visits. 
Patients are expected to pay their copays, coinsurance, and/or deductible expenses on the day of service.

Private Pay & Out-of-Network Flat Rate Fee Schedule
75 minute intake psychiatric assessment or one-time consultation - $350
50-60 minute (extended) follow-up psychiatric care visits - $300
25-30 minute (routine) follow-up psychiatric care visits - $150
50-60 minute individual therapy sessions: varies on frequency
($300 for 1x/ month), $255 for 2x/monthly, $200 for 3-4x/monthly)
Non-emergency after hours phone calls - prorated at $75 per 15 minutes

The office accepts Visa or Mastercard credit/debit/HSA cards. 

Established patients who have a history of on-time payment may also choose to pay by check to WHWPM as long as they have a valid card-on-file.

Cash is NOT accepted as a form of payment.

If you are out-of-network, you may still be seen as a patient at this office, but you will be required to pay out-of-pocket for services on the day of your visit.  The rates are above. The office will be happy to provide you with a "superbill" or assist with filing an out-of-network claim for you as a courtesy, but any reimbursement you get depends on your specific policy and insurer. 
The office makes no claims or guarantees about reimbursement of any fees paid to the office if you are not in-network with an accepted insurer.
